To develop a computer vision system that can accurately extract characters from document pages and image data using the OpenCV library. The is designed to process wide range of visual inputs with high precision efficiency. techniques used implement character extraction system, including pre-processing, feature extraction, classification. performance evaluated dataset different type output be extracting characters. In Future, Automated conversion an input into machine-readable file.
